Do Moonbug mobile apps have in-app purchases?

CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s is free to download and play. There is an optional paid subscription which can be purchased within the app’s parental section to unlock all sections of the app.

You can play CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s andBlippi’s Curiosity Club offline after downloading the app with an internet connection. Please note the app should be regularly updated via an internet connection in order to apply bug fixes and access new content releases.

Unfortunately a subscription for CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s and Blippi’s Curiosity Club cannot be purchased as a gift at this time.

Yes, if you are signed in with the same Apple ID across Apple devices or the same Google account across Google devices, you will be able to share your subscription across your signed-in devices. You can also share an Apple subscription across accounts using Apple Family Sharing. If you need support with account sharing, reach out to us at app.support@moonbug.com.

Why do I not have access to all the content in Moonbug mobile apps?

We have chosen to offer a limited selection of skill-building activities and popular videos that are available for everyone to play for free - no subscription needed. To support our team to create more incredible kids apps, we offer the rest of our content through a competitively-priced subscription. If you would like to access our entire library of games, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription by pressing the ‘Lock’ icons while in the main menu or the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and selecting the ‘Subscribe’ button.

How can I access Moonbug app support?

How can I report a bug or share some feedback?

Get in touch with the Moonbug mobile app support team by emailing us at app.support@moonbug.com and we’ll follow up with you shortly! It is especially helpful if you can share screenshots of any error and include details about which app you are using, which device you are experiencing an issue with (make, model, operating system), and the version of the app you have downloaded.

How much does the subscription cost? How does it work? How do I unlock more games?

Subscribing to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123sunlocks more interactive learning games for your child to play. A subscription unlocks all previously locked activities as well as future new activities we release. To subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right and select the ‘Subscribe’ button.


Subscribing to Blippi’s Curiosity Club unlocks more interactive learning games, popular videos, in-app calls and more for your child to play. A subscription unlocks all previously locked content as well as future new content we release. To subscribe to Blippi’s Curiosity Club, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right and select the ‘Subscribe’ button.

I purchased a subscription. Why are things still locked?

To subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s orBlippi’s Curiosity Club, press the ‘Lock’ icons while in the main menu or the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and select the ‘Subscribe’ button.


If you have purchased a subscription but still see some games as locked, double-check you have downloaded the latest version of the CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s or Blippi’s Curiosity Club app via an internet connection.


It is also best to check you are logged in to Apple App Store or Google Play Store with the same App Store ID used to purchase your subscription.


You may need to restore your subscription, which can be done by pressing the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and selecting the ‘Restore Purchases’ button.

Then close and reopen the app.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

To use a discount code, follow the below steps based on your App Store:


Apple:

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button.

  3. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you can’t see Redeem Gift Card or Code, make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID and scroll to the bottom.

  4. Tap Enter Code Manually, then follow the instructions on the screen.

  5. Tap Redeem.

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions and then Redeem gift code.

  4. Enter the code.

  5. To claim your reward, tap Get. To use the reward later, tap Not now.

How do I restore my purchase(s)?

To restore your subscription to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s or Blippi’s Curiosity Club, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and select the ‘Restore Purchases’ button.

How do I renew my subscription plan?

Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the start of each new billing cycle, with no further steps needed. With this in mind, your subscription should renew monthly or annually depending what you chose at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to modify your subscription plan, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store used for your original purchase:


Purchased on iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

  2. Open the App Store > Your Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.

  3. Tap on your active subscription(s).

  4. Tap “Cancel Subscription.”


If you do not see a “Cancel Subscription” option, please check to see if your subscription lists an expiration date. If so, it is likely that your subscription has already been canceled. If you have any questions about this, do not hesitate to contact our support team through our “Contact Us” link below or email us at app.support@moonbug.com.


Purchased on Google Play:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe.

  2. Open the Play Store App

  3. Tap on your Profile in the top right corner > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Tap on your subscription(s) and tap “Cancel.”

How do I get a refund?

If you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store you purchased your subscription from:


Purchased on iOS:


Apple currently handles all cancellation and refund requests directly. You will need to appeal to Apple's support team for them to provide a refund. To apply for a refund, please review this article from Apple. You can also reach out to Apple’s Support Team directly to further discuss refund options.


Purchased on Google Play:


To offer a refund, we will need your Order Number. You can find this number through the Order Receipt email you received from Google Play after your purchase was made. Your order number will start with GPA, followed by a series of numbers. Please send this information to app.support@moonbug.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line and your order number in the body of the message.

How do I update my payment details?

If you need to update your payment details, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store you purchased your subscription from:


Purchased on iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID that you used to subscribe.

  2. Go to your App Store > Profile (top-right) > Tap your Account at the top of the menu.

  3. Tap "Manage Payments."

  4. Update your current payment method or add a new one.

Purchased on Google Play:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe.

  2. Tap on your Profile (top right corner) > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods.

  3. Tap "Add Credit or Debit Card" to add a new payment method.

  4. To update or remove a linked payment method, scroll down to "More Payment Settings."

I entered the wrong email address when signing up. Can I change my email address?

To request to have your CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s or Blippi’s Curiosity Club information deleted, please contact us at app.support@moonbug.com.
