MOONBUG ENTERTAINMENT LAUNCHES BLIPPI’S CURIOSITY CLUB A FUN, INTERACTIVE APP THAT TURNS CURIOUS KIDS INTO CONFIDENT LEARNERS

Created in collaboration with early-learning specialists, Blippi’s Curiosity Club makes learning feel like an adventure with Blippi and Meekah.

LOS ANGELES — November 17, 2025 — Moonbug Entertainment today launched Blippi’s Curiosity Club, a new interactive app that invites kids everywhere to play, explore, and learn alongside their favorite curiosity ambassadors - Blippi and Meekah! Designed for ages 3 to 6, the app turns everyday “why?” moments into fun, hands-on discoveries that make learning feel like play.

Available worldwide on the Apple App Store today and coming to the Google Play Store later this week, Blippi’s Curiosity Club combines playful games, daily science experiments, short videos, and in-app “Blippi Calls” in one safe experience families can trust.

“Our goal was simple: make screen time something both parents and kids feel great about,” said Ed Barton, VP of Games & Interactive at Moonbug Entertainment. “Every tap in Blippi’s Curiosity Club sparks a moment of joy or discovery, whether kids are tracing letters, blasting off to Mars, or learning why an apple floats. It’s curiosity-driven play.”

Designed by experts, made for fun

Before development began, Moonbug’s learning and educational-tech experts built a preschool curriculum map covering Thinking Skills, Literacy, Math, Science, Motor Skills, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).

Michelle Lazarow and J Milligan, who have spent years developing early-learning digital experiences, guided the design process to align with core preschool skills such as literacy, problem-solving, and creativity – always through the lens of Blippi’s signature “let’s find out!” spirit.

“We wanted to make sure it wasn’t just fun, it was good fun,” said Lazarow. “That’s why the letter-tracing uses a method supported in many schools, planets in the space game are to scale and named, and the daily ‘Sink or Float’ experiment is fact-checked. Kids are building knowledge just by playing.”

Early friends-and-family testing confirmed what the team hoped: kids found the app fun and engaging.”

Curiosity in every corner

Each experience in Blippi’s Curiosity Club celebrates curiosity through open-ended discovery:

  • Space Runner & Sorting – zoom through a to-scale solar system, learning planet names and order.

  • Dino Excavator – piece together fossils to uncover observation and problem-solving skills.

  • Daily Sink or Float – test everyday objects to explore prediction and cause-and-effect.

  • Construction Sandbox, Coloring, and Sticker Time – create, build, and knock it down again… because learning should feel like play.

  • Blippi Calls – short, in-character “voicemails” where Blippi shares lessons on patience, friendship, kindness, and confidence in new places.

Every game is crafted for pre-readers, with simple navigation, cheerful voice guidance, and offline play for travel or quiet time.

Blippi’s Curiosity Club is available today, November 17, 2025, worldwide on the Apple App Store, and will arrive on the Google Play Store later this week.

The app supports offline play; a subscription unlocks full access to all games, videos, and even more Blippi Calls.
