Subscription / Account
Open the App Store app. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you can’t see Redeem Gift Card or Code, make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID and scroll to the bottom. Tap Enter Code Manually, then follow the instructions on the screen. Tap Redeem.
Open the Google Play app. At the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Payments and subscriptions and then Redeem gift code. Enter the code. To claim your reward, tap Get. To use the reward later, tap Not now.
Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. Open the App Store > Your Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions. Tap on your active subscription(s). Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe. Open the Play Store App Tap on your Profile in the top right corner > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Tap on your subscription(s) and tap “Cancel.”
Go to Your Account.
Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.
Update your subscription as needed.
Purchased on Amazon:
Go to the "Your Orders" or "Digital content and devices" section on the Amazon website and find the specific app or in-app purchase. Select the option to "Request a refund" or "Return for Refund", provide a reason, and submit the request. If the option is not available, it's not eligible, and you may need to contact Amazon customer service.
Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID that you used to subscribe. Go to your App Store > Profile (top-right) > Tap your Account at the top of the menu. Tap "Manage Payments." Update your current payment method or add a new one.
Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe. Tap on your Profile (top right corner) > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods. Tap "Add Credit or Debit Card" to add a new payment method. To update or remove a linked payment method, scroll down to "More Payment Settings."
Purchased on Amazon:
Go to "Your Account" from the main menu and navigate to "Your Payments".
From there, you can add a new payment method, edit an existing one to update card details or the billing address, or remove one.
