01How much does the subscription cost? How does it work?

Subscribing to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s unlocks more themes with interactive learning games for your child to play. A subscription unlocks all previously locked themes as well as future new themes we release.

To subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right and select the ‘Subscribe’ button.

02How do I unlock more games?

To unlock more interactive learning games and themes, users need to subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s. A subscription unlocks all previously locked themes as well as future new themes we release. 

To subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top left and select the ‘Subscribe’ button.

03I purchased a subscription. Why are my games locked?

To subscribe to CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s, press the ‘Lock’ icons while in the main menu or the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and select the ‘Subscribe’ button. 

If you have purchased a subscription but still see some games as locked, double-check you have downloaded the latest version of the CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s App via an internet connection. 

It is also best to check you are logged in to Apple App Store or Google Play Store with the same App Store ID used to purchase your subscription.

You may need to restore your subscription, which can be done by pressing the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and selecting the ‘Restore Purchases’ button.

Then close and reopen the app.

04I have a discount code. How do I use it?

To use a discount code, follow the below steps based on your App Store: 

Apple: 

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button.

  3. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you can’t see Redeem Gift Card or Code, make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID and scroll to the bottom.

  4. Tap Enter Code Manually, then follow the instructions on the screen.

  5. Tap Redeem.

Android: 

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions and then Redeem gift code.

  4. Enter the code.

  5. To claim your reward, tap Get. To use the reward later, tap Not now.

05How do I restore my purchase(s)?

To restore your subscription to CCoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s, press the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right at any time, and select the ‘Restore Purchases’ button.

06How do I renew my subscription plan?

Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the start of each new billing cycle, with no further steps needed. With this in mind, your subscription should renew monthly.

07How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to modify your subscription plan, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store used for your original purchase: 

Purchased on iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

  2. Open the App Store > Your Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.

  3. Tap on your active subscription(s).

  4. Tap “Cancel Subscription.”

If you do not see a “Cancel Subscription” option, please check to see if your subscription lists an expiration date. If so, it is likely that your subscription has already been canceled. Purchased on Google Play:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe.

  2. Open the Play Store App

  3. Tap on your Profile in the top right corner > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Tap on your subscription(s) and tap “Cancel.”

08How do I get a refund?

If you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store you purchased your subscription from: 

Purchased on iOS:
Apple currently handles all cancellation and refund requests directly. You will need to appeal to Apple's support team for them to provide a refund. To apply for a refund, please review this article from Apple. You can also reach out to Apple’s Support Team directly to further discuss refund options.

Purchased on Google Play:
To offer a refund, we will need your Order Number. You can find this number through the Order Receipt email you received from Google Play after your purchase was made. Your order number will start with GPA, followed by a series of numbers. Please send this information to app.support@moonbug.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line and your order number in the body of the message. 

09How do I update my payment details?

If you need to update your payment details, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store you purchased your subscription from: 

Purchased on iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID that you used to subscribe.

  2. Go to your App Store > Profile (top-right) > Tap your Account at the top of the menu.

  3. Tap "Manage Payments."

  4. Update your current payment method or add a new one.

Purchased on Google Play:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe.

  2. Tap on your Profile (top right corner) > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods.

  3. Tap "Add Credit or Debit Card" to add a new payment method.

  4. To update or remove a linked payment method, scroll down to "More Payment Settings."

10I entered the wrong email address when signing up. Can I change my email address?

Yes, our team can change that for you. Please contact us at app.support@moonbug.com.

11I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

You can request a password reset email here. For further assistance, please contact us at app.support@moonbug.com.

12How do I delete my information?

To request to have your CoComelon: Learn ABCs and 123s information deleted, please contact us at app.support@moonbug.com.

13How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, scroll down to the bottom of the email and click the "Unsubscribe" link. You should be redirected to our email preferences page.

If you would still like to receive specific emails from our marketing team, such as promotional emails, select those under “Your Preferences” and then select “Save your Preferences”.

If you do not wish to receive any marketing emails, you can select “Unsubscribe from All Emails”.

Please note that this will unsubscribe you from marketing emails only. Any emails related to your active subscription will not be canceled as they are necessary communications.
